严重推荐这个大学生求职导航 http://letsjob.cn/ Organization: WHITRAP(the World Heritage Institute of Training and Research for the Asia and the Pacific Region under the auspices of UNESCO Position Title: 1.Officer of Training and Research Programme 2.Officer of Administration and Events 3.Officer of Information Management Location: Beijing, China About WHITRAP: The World Heritage Institute of Training and Research for the Asia and the Pacific Region (WHITRAP), the first UNESCO category Ⅱinstitute in World Heritage established in a developing country, is anon-profit organization that develops, provides and promotes, under theauspices of UNESCO, appropriate policies and technologies forstrengthening the implementation of the World Heritage Convention bybuilding the capacity of all stakeholders involved with World Heritage. Currently WHITRAP is looking for most qualified candidates for the following three position vacancies: Position 1: Officer of Training and Research Job role and responsibilities: Underthe authority of WHITRAP Director, in close collaboration with relevantprogramme partners and stakeholders, the incumbent will be responsiblefor planning, programming and coordinating WHITRAP’s training andresearch programmes and activities: l Plan/initiate the training or research programme by: - preparing training and research programme proposals/action plans; - collecting data to evaluate the needs in specific subject areas and programme modules; - coordinating with concerned partners for future collaboration. l Manage the training/research programme through: - executingthe training/research programme according to the agenda, includingcompiling and updating programme documents and providing periodicreports; - raising all possible financial support opportunities for the training/research programme; - organizing/participatingconferences, seminars, symposiums pertaining to WHITRAP’straining/research programmes, and m a k i n g efforts to follow-up theactivities, in close cooperation with staff members; - contributingto the enhancement of cooperation in World Heritage training andresearch activities, as well as concerning strategies and implementingmechanisms; - performing other related duties as required. Qualification requirements: - Master Degree or above, and World Heritage related majors are preferred;; - atleast 2 years of relevant professional working, experiences in projectmanagement and international cooperation would be preferred; - good organizational, managerial and interpersonal skills; - proficiency in written and oral English, Mandarin, and knowledge of other languages, such as French, would be an asset; - proficiency in computer processing, including presentation software, E-mail communication and internet searches; - ability to work independently and excise sound judgment; - ability to work with people of diverse national and cultural backgrounds and promote teamwork at all levels. Position 2: Officer of Administration and Events Job role and responsibilities: Underthe authority of WHITRAP Director, in close collaboration withprogramme officers within WHITRAP, and relevant programme partners andstakeholders, the incumbent will be responsible for: - performingday-to-day office administration in an efficient and effective manner,including file management, office equipment and stationary supply,office facility maintenance, and other general administrative services; - providing related HR and Financial support; - organizing business calendar and appointments, including tickets and accommodation booking; - visitors reception management; - accomplishing logistical arrangement and other events organizing activities in terms of meeting, workshop, etc. - performing other related duties as required. Qualification requirements: - MasterDegree or Bachelor Degree of advanced university, and major in WorldHeritage related disciplines, business administration, and languagewould be preferred; - atleast 2 years of relevant professional working, experiences in projectmanagement and international cooperation would be preferred; - good organizational, managerial and interpersonal skills; - proficiency in written and oral English, Mandarin, and knowledge of other languages, such as French, would be an asset; - proficiencyin computer processing, including data management, presentationsoftware, E-mail communication and internet searches; - ability to work independently and excise sound judgment; - ability to work with people of diverse national and cultural backgrounds and promote teamwork at all levels. Position 3: Officer of Information Management Job role and responsibilities: Underthe authority of WHITRAP Director, in close collaboration with relevantprogramme partners and stakeholders, the incumbent will be responsiblefor planning, programming and coordinating WHITRAP’s informationmanagement: l Plan/initiate information management project by: - preparing information management project proposals/action plans; - collecting data to evaluate the needs in specific subject areas and project modules; - coordinating with concerned partners for future collaboration. l Manage information-related project through: - executingthe information management project according to the agenda, includingcompiling and updating programme documents and providing periodicreports; - raising all possible financial support opportunities for the projects; - organizing/participatingconferences, seminars, symposiums pertaining to WHITRAP’s informationmanagement, and m a k i n g efforts to follow-up the activities; - contributingto the enhancement of cooperation in World Heritage informationmanagement activities, and relevant thematic studies, databaseconstructions at all levels; - performing other related duties as required. Qualification requirements: - MasterDegree (or Bachelor Degree of advanced university) or above, andComputer Sciences, Information Engineering related majors are preferred; - atleast 2 years of relevant working experiences in information projects,such as constructing and managing database or website, and experiencein the international cooperation would be an asset; - good organizational, managerial and interpersonal skills; - proficiency in written and oral English, Mandarin, and knowledge of other languages, such as French, would be an asset; - proficiencyin computer processing, including data management, presentationsoftware, E-mail communication and internet searches; - ability to work independently and excise sound judgment; - ability to work with people of diverse national and cultural backgrounds and promote teamwork at all levels.
