国家出手！该国教育部将MDPI、Hindawi和Frontiers三大出版商打包处理了！ 医诺维 最近，基于对学术诚信和作者署名的特别关切，马来西亚大学教育部发布了一项声明，禁止该国的公立大学使用政府预算来支付在MDPI、Hindawi和Frontiers三家学术出版商旗下的所有期刊上发表论文的费用。 这是今年又一起将MDPI、Hindawi和Frontiers三个出版商一起打包“拉黑”的事件。 三大OA出版商风雨飘摇 众所周知，MDPI、Hindawi和Frontiers三个杂志，都是OA杂志，也就是所有读者都能免费下载，但是论文作者要交版面费，而且版面费不便宜。 最近几年，这三大期刊旗下的不少杂志被中科院文献所纳入预警名单，甚至还有一些在一区、二区的杂志。 1月3日，浙工商大学开创了将整个出版社纳入黑名单的先河，三大OA出版社也是首次一起被纳入黑名单。 2月27日，安徽省立医院发布通告：将Hindawi、MDPI、Frontiers三大OA期刊出版商的系列期刊，均纳入“提醒期刊”、“不建议投稿，不予报销版面费，不纳入科研绩效统计”。 7月18日，浙江大学附属第一医院更新了“不建议投稿杂志名单”，Hindawi和Frontiers两个出版社旗下所有期刊包含在内。 Hindawi旗下18本被踢除 3月20日，科睿唯安官方发布了2023年最新的SCI目录，有35本期刊被剔除，其中大部分是OA期刊。著名开放获取出版社Hindawi成最大输家，其出版的18本OA期刊惨遭剔除。 Frontiers和MDPI被学术网站列为“掠夺性期刊” 2月23日，揭露掠夺性期刊的较有影响力的匿名私人网站Predatory Reports将MDPI所有422本期刊打包列入“掠夺性期刊”。 3月28日，Predatory Reports又将Frontiers旗下的199本期刊全部列入掠夺性期刊名单，包括51本SCIE期刊和4本SSCI 期刊。 |
