【请教】DSC如何测定非晶材料中的晶化率？

我想将非晶样品经退火部分晶化，然后测出其中晶体的具体（或者大概的）百分量？ PS:Cu基非晶在多少度下，保温多长时间才能达到部分晶化？？ |

The volume fraction of crystalline was estimated from SEM images and verified by the calculation of the ratio of the heat release during annealing to the total crystallization enthalpy of the full glass alloy from DSC curves measured using Perkin-Elmer thermal analysis [18]: %Vcrys= (Hmax−H) /Hmax, where Hmax is the total enthalpy of transformation from the fully amorphous alloy to the completely crystallized alloy and H from the bulk glass alloys with quenched-in crystalline [19]. |
