PhD graduates from 985/211 universities, or universities ranked in the top 100 in the QS world rankings, or universities with a high degree of recognition, and have published multiple high-level papers, with good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and hardworking, proactive, responsible, and strong hands-on ability.
