本人预计明年上半年博士后答辩，前几天陶瓷收到个英国老板的回信：Thank you for your message. There is currently an opening in my group that may fit with your skills and backgrounds. The post us advertised on ***， If you're interested in applying, please do so via the department's human resources section. The closing date for applications is just over a week away. 下载了他的广告看了，所需材料如下： •a covering letter detailing how you meet the selection criteria set out in the further particulars •your curriculum vitae including full list of publications •the names and addresses of three academic referees, at least one of whom should be your current line manager or supervisor 请问有经验的虫友，第一份材料的cover letter里是不是要针对他提到的selection criteria逐条进行回复？ 有两条selection criteria不知道怎么回答好，盼高人指点： 1.Be viewed as a motivated, enthusiastic, organised self-starter; one who can work with a minimum of supervision but at the same time extract the benefits of an excellent research environment. 2.Have an excellent general knowledge of related areas through reading of the literature, online database searching, and attendance at seminars and conferences. 另外再求几封推荐信模板，在网上找了好久，大部分都是申请读博的推荐，博后的推荐信少之又少啊 感谢各位的帮助，金币不够分配的话，我会再让版主多发一些。 |

推荐信要看这个招聘内容里面有没有要求，目前从你给出的信息看来，只是要了姓名和联系方式。 另外两个selection criteria，第一个你可以举事例说明你是一个amotivated, enthusiastic, organised self-starter; can work with a minimum of supervision but at the same time extract the benefits of an excellent research environment， 第二个就看你的专业背景了和会议、文章 |
