不明白Guide for author 中几句话的意思，请各位帮忙

请问各位下面这短话是什么意思呢？ The Abstract should be single-spaced but the rest of the manuscript should use double spacing throughout. Every page of the manuscript, including the title page, references, tables, etc. should be numbered. However, in the text no reference should be made to page numbers; if necessary, one may refer to sections. 谢谢啦！ |
