The International Conference on Biomedical Engineering and Computer Science (ICBECS 2010) will be held from April 24th to 25th, 2010 in Wuhan, China, which will bring together top researchers from Asian Pacific areas, North America, Europe and around the world to exchange research results and address open issues in all aspects of biomedical engineering, bioinformatics and computer science. The proceedings of ICBECS2010 will be published by IEEE Press, All accepted papers in ICBECS2010 will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei Compendex and ISTP. The best papers presented at the conference will be selected for publications in some International Journals which are indexed by SCI or EI.
Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

疑问在于：
1、联系信息只有手机和email，没有姓名、单位地址信息；
2、没有主席、秘书长名单；
3、有谁听说过把生物和计算机会议联系到一起？？
4、此信息是有人发邮件给我的，单位都没有贴这个会议通知。

不好意思，刚才上IEEE会议网页看了，的确有这个会议。

IP在江西很正常，可能是租的网站空间位于江西。一般开会议的不会自己架个服务器的，成本太高，花几百块租个空间就行了

其它方面不清楚，不做评论
