Postdoctoral positions (1-2 openings) in School of Materials Science and Engineering of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Research area: thermoelectric materials Requirements: 1) Candidates with strong background in Materials chemistry/Physical chemistry/physics. Familiar with different synthesis techniques on solid-state chemistry. 2) Experience with thermoelectric materials characterization and fundamental principles. 3) Ph.D in chemistry/physics/Materials Science 4) Good command of oral and written English. 5) Candidate with strong publication/patents will be preferred Candidate with good background will have exchanged to Prof. Kanatzidis group in Northwestern University for 2-3 years for join research work on thermoelectric materials. Salary: S$ 6500 per month. There will be extra bonus per year depend on performance. There are 2 openings in this 3 year project, start in September 2019.
