海外免疫学/生物学相关专业博后招聘

We are seeking a talented, highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to study transcriptional and epigenetic regulation of gene transcription with a focus on genes that control allergic cell development and function. Our lab uses Next Generation Sequencing (Nat Commun, 2021, 10.1038/s41467-020-20766-0) to identify enhancers and analyze enhancer function in cell lines, primary cells and mice using high throughput reporter assay and CRISPR technology (J Allergy Clin Immunol, 2023, 10.1016/j.jaci.2023.01.031). We also functionally analyze SNPs in enhancers. Candidates should have a recent Ph.D. or expect a Ph.D. degree in 2025 in molecular immunology or molecular biology. Experience with molecular cloning, RNA and DNA isolation, RT-qPCR, and cell culture is required. Experience with CRISPR, ChIP, western blot, and Next Generation Sequencing is highly desired. Pay will be according to the NIH postdoctoral stipend scale.
