The Centre is an exciting venture bringing together leading research groups in the Department of Chemistry, Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG) and the School of Engineering at the University of Warwick. Prof. Julie Macpherson, Julie has developed a range of electrochemical and microscopy techniques to enable accelerated testing of electrocatalysts under stop-start and long-term cycling conditions. Dr. Melanie Loveridge, Melanie’s research spans materials discovery and characterisation techniques, as well as understanding mechanisms of degradation and battery forensics.
