催稿和拒稿有必然联系吗？

| 大多数虫友都担心自己的文章最终是会被接受还是被CUT.有时间长忍耐不住的就写了催稿信，命运各异！有人说千万不要写催稿信，有的是写完就给了结果。两者有必然联系吗？还是归根结底是文章质量的问题呢？ |
