关于亚硒酸钠五水合物EP含量的计算

| EP规定亚硒酸钠五水合物的含量方法为：Dissolve 0.120 g in 50 mL of water R. Add 1.0 mL of anhydrous formic acid R, 25.0 mL of 0.1 M sodium thiosulfate and 0.5 g of potassium iodide R. Titrate immediately with 0.05 M iodine using starch solution R as indicator. Carry out a blank titration. 1 mL of 0.1 M sodium thiosulfate is equivalent to 6.575 mgof Na2SeO3,5H2O。请教各位大神，这里的计算是采用硫代硫酸钠滴定液的浓度还是碘滴定液的浓度？计算公式是？谢谢。 |
