The Osama El-Sepelgy group at the Leibniz Institute of Catalysis, Germany, is currently looking for young PhD candidates with a good work ethic and organizational skills to carry out research related to activated functionalization and alkali-metal-catalyzed photocatalysis by inert C-H. The Osama El-Sepelgy group is currently working at Angewandte, acs catalysis. Chemical Communications, and other journals where many as soon as discoveries have been published. Students with a research background in organic chemistry are welcome to join us. 1. strong motivation and interest in our topic is essential, with at least a background in organic synthesis research. 2. applicants should have at least two published or accepted first-author papers (papers currently in preparation or submission are acceptable, but should be accepted by the end of March). 3. English is the working language and there is no need to pass any language test, but good listening and speaking skills are required to satisfy basic research discussions. 候选人要求： 申请人应符合中国国家留学基金委员会 (csc) 博士学位的资格，预计开始时间为 2024年 11 月左右。欢迎具有有机化学研究背景的学生加入我们。 1. 对我们的主题有强烈的动机和兴趣是必不可少的，至少具有有机合成研究背景。 2. 申请人应至少有两篇已发表或已接受的第一作者论文（目前准备或提交中的论文也可以，但应在三月底前接受。） 3. 英语为工作语言，不需要通过任何语言测试，但是需要具有良好的听说能力，满足基本的研究讨论。 The group conducts all research based on the Leibniz Institute of Catalysis, which is fully equipped with advanced equipment and modern laboratories. There is a good atmosphere in the lab and there are currently two PhDs and one MSc working in the group. We are very familiar with the csc application process and would like to provide the best possible assistance to promising candidates during the application process.
