Senior Research Engineer / Research Engineer – Noise control

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Research Engineer specializing in noise reduction technology to lead the design and implementation of innovative noise reduction solutions for our home appliance product line. Responsibilities: • Conduct research and development activities to enhance noise reduction technologies for home appliances. • Work closely with fellow engineers and customer engineering teams to ensure project objectives are met. • Participate in the research and development of new technologies alongside our scientific partners. • Conduct testing and experimental operations to validate designs. • Develop and optimize structural designs through iterative processes. • Perform simulations and numerical calculations to predict and enhance performance. • Engage in necessary theoretical inference and analysis to support project outcomes. • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in noise reduction technology. Requirements: • Master’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Acoustical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related field. • Proven experience in noise reduction technology development for consumer products. • Strong foundation in mathematics and physics. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. • Passionate about new technologies and eager to explore uncharted fields. This role, backed by the Research Talent Hub for ITF projects (RTH-ITF), focuses on advancing low-carbon green technologies for air and water purification. We provide a 5-day work week and an appealing compensation package for successful candidates. The starting salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
