Students with a master's degree complete 48 hours of doctoral-level course work, plus 32 hours of dissertation work. Doctoral students without a master's degree must complete 32 additional hours of graduate-level (master's or doctoral) course work to satisfy the requirements of the doctoral program. Courses are selected in consultation with the student's Major Advisor and, once constituted, the Advisory Committee.
