捐助贵宾 (初入文坛)


[交流] 悉尼科技大学招收力学、机械、土木等方向全奖博士生

悉尼科技大学 方剑光博士(ARC Future Fellow & Senior Lecturer)课题组招收2名全额奖学金博士生,奖学金涵盖3年x每年~37,000澳元学费和36,000澳元生活费。除学校的资助以外,博士期间至少资助一次国际会议的差旅4,000-5,000澳元。

注:目前澳洲学生签证正常处理,2024年课题组的PhD学生签证均在2周-2个月内下签。

研究课题:计算断裂力学,拓扑优化,碰撞吸能,机器学习,微观材料设计,多尺度优化, 3D 打印设计
要求:1.英语成绩。 IELTS (Academic): 6.5 overall, writing 6.0;TOEFL (Internet-based): 79-83 overall, writing 21  
            2.机械、土木及航空等相关力学背景研究生或者特别优秀的本科生
            3. 硕士期间发表过高水平论文,SCI检索论文优先考虑
           
同时,也招收来自UTS合作伙伴高校(UTS KTP)的双学位博士生及访问学者。

Biographical details
Dr Jianguang Fang is a Senior Lecturer and ARC DECRA Fellow at the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Technology Sydney (UTS). His research is focused on computational mechanics and optimisation of structures and materials, including phase field modelling of fracture, structural crashworthiness, energy absorption, engineering optimisation and machine learning-based design. He won the prestigious Discovery Early Career Researcher Award (DECRA) from the Australian Research Council (ARC) in 2021 and Chancellor’s Postdoctoral Research Fellowship from UTS in 2017. He obtained his PhD from the University of Sydney in 2016 and was a visiting scholar at the Institute of Structural Mechanics, Bauhaus University Weimar, Germany in 2019. He has published >100 journal articles and received >5000 citations with an H-index of 40 in Google Scholar.

Research areas:
Dr Jianguang Fang’s research interests span a wide range of disciplines relevant to computational mechanics and optimisation, in civil engineering, mechanical, automotive, structural and materials engineering. His recent research has focused on some emerging issues in fracture mechanics, impact mechanics, crashworthiness, structural optimization, and topology optimization, where computational modelling and design are of significant implications.
