请问 Assignment of Copyright form，何时签署并发送给IOP？

我刚向IOP投了一篇文章，今天收到了reference number of article，同时邮件中提到Assignment of Copyright form ，但是没有说明何时签署发送给他们。想知道是现在就发送，还是同意录用后在给他们？而且为什么在我登录的homepage没发现这个表格？它在什么位置？签字后扫描用email发送就行？希望过来人指教。谢谢 附文： You will also find an Assignment of Copyright form on your homepage.
