Are you still learning English?

| I have been learning English on and off for almost 20 years, but I still feel that it is not enough. I forget how to spell words after not using them for a while. Maybe I am not a language genius, but just an ordinary middle-aged person. |

| I use it every day, but I don't think I'm learning it as effectively as I did before coming to the U.S., so I would vote no. |
