使用公共数据库中的信息，但被要求提供伦理审批或豁免说明怎么办。之前写了国内的相关法规豁免，但是没有通过，一直让更新伦理审批，请各位给点意见。这是审核发的邮件。 We notice that you have mentioned 'Article 24 and 25 of the declaration of Helsinki' for the ethical approval exemption for database study, whereas I am afraid that the above cited articles of declaration of Helsinki does not correspond to the exemption of public database studies from ethical approval. Please note that we would require the ethical approval for the usage of the data from public database in your research. I request you provide the reference to regulations of exempting the ethical statement for the study or ethical approval statement for the use of human data obtained from the public database in order to continue with the manuscript. |
