Identify market opportunities and design a strategic plan with the support of Sales Supervisor. Responsible for handling sales enquiries, establish and maintain customer support. Provide technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations. Requirements/Qualification Bachelor Degree or above of Biochemistry, or related disciplines. At least one year’s working experience in a laboratory setting. Sales experience of 1-2 years required. Self-confident, effective influencing and negotiation skills. High Energy, Team player and the ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals. Strong interpersonal, communication/customer service skills are essential. Regular travel. Good command of English. [2] Field Marketing Specialist (Guangzhou)——(Bioscience Division \ Lab Water) Responsibilities It is a challenging and high potential position, based in Guangzhou and operated within our Lab Water marketing teams, to provide south China market development and application support to Millipore Lab Water China business operation so as to ensure its deliverables. The core responsibilities of the position are as follows. Reporting to China Bioscience senior marketing specialist. To play an important role of south China market development. Understand the market needs, investigate market potential, dynamics and opportunities; provide strong product and application support to sales team; establish and maintain well relationship with KOLs; Collect and analysis market competition. To play a role of product management. Manage the appointed products under the direction of headquarters‘ product manager and China Lab water management; be responsible for transferring the knowledge to sales and marketing teams; Prepare all kinds of technical files and making presentations to customers or sales persons on seminar or tradeshow. To play a key role of application support for sales team and customers. Teamwork with HQ‘s application manager to do particular application research projects; establish and maintain well relationship with reference labs; assist service team to solve special application problems comes from customers. Teamwork within marketing team. To assist the training team to implement the effective training including products and application courses; provide necessary support for Marcom team on marketing events, such as tradeshow, Milli-day and technical conference. On occasionally, do product Installation & basic maintain independently. Requirements/Qualification 1. He or She must graduate as master degree and should be majored in Chemistry or Biochemistry related department. Familiar with analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, MASS, ICP etc.) 2. At least 1 year related work experience. 3. Should be very good at interpersonal, communication & speech skills. 4. Highly organized, results oriented and able to prioritize time and tasks effectively. 5. Familiar with PowerPoint/Microsoft word/Excel skill. 6. Good English is preferred. 7. Frequently travel is required. 8.
