求助求助，投稿期刊遇到公共数据集需要提供许CCBY4.0可说明的问题？

首先，我选用的是COCO2017数据集，在自己的论文中使用了相关COCO图像来佐证了自己的实验结果，但是编辑要求提供数据集的许可说明，对于公共数据集我没有遇到过这样的问题，能否请大神帮我看看这个要怎么做呢？我从COCO官网上查到COCO数据集的图像只有CCBY2.0的许可，这个能否满足编辑要求CCBY4.0的要求呢？下面是详细的要求，求助求助!!!! “In order to use these images in your PLOS submission, please provide us with direct access to the source licensing information for the "COCO dataset" which clearly permits CC BY 4.0 reuse for these images. If you are unable to show that the sources of these images clearly permit CC BY 4.0 reuse, please A) supply us with a completed PLOS ONE Request for Permission form signed by the copyright holders of the "COCO dataset" and the "RESIDE public datasets", B) remove the figures from your submission, or C) supply replacement figures that comply with the CC BY 4.0 license. We also ask that you please update the figure captions with complete source information, or specify in the figure caption text when a figure is similar but not identical to the original image used in the study, and is therefore for illustrative purposes only.” |
