最近遇到多个爱斯维尔期刊，不送审，全部是转投，其实就是拒稿，意见基本就是下面这个：

Although your manuscript falls within the aim and scope of this journal, it is being declined due to lack of sufficient novelty. We receive a much larger number of papers than we are able to accept.
本人做金属结构材料，求大神指点！
