请问下信号处理类相关的国外期刊

最近想往国外投稿，但除了知名的IEEE的一些期刊和欧洲信号处理外，对国外相关的杂志不太熟悉，在此请教下各位同行。另外，还有几个问题请教下： （1） 我论文初稿写了15页(A4单栏12号字体排版)，是否对于一般杂志来说太长了? （2）是否需要latex之类的排版。这个还从来没有用过。 谢谢！ |
