导师信息：
Prof. W.Y. Szeto is an Associate Head at the Department of Civil Engineering at The University of Hong Kong, and the Director of the Institute of Transport Studies at that university. He is a Top 1 % Scholar during 2015-2023 (according to Clarivate Analytics’ Essential Science Indicators) and currently a World’s Top 2% Scientist by Stanford University. His current h-index is 65 (Google Scholar). He is an author of over 155 refereed journal papers, with two papers in Operations Research and 34 papers in Transportation Research Part B. His publications have been cited over 12700 times (Google Scholar). Currently, he is an Editor-in-Chief of Transportmetrica B, an Associate Editor of Transportation Research Part D and Transportation Research Part E, Journal of Intelligent Transportation Systems, Transportmetrica A, Travel Behaviour and Society, an Area Editor of Networks and Spatial Economics, and an Editorial Board Member of Transportation Research Part C and International Journal of Sustainable Transportation. 申请要求：
语言要求：
(a) IELTS: A minimum overall band of 7 with no subtest lower than 6.5
(b) TOEFL: At least 100
P.S. If the candidate has an undergraduate degree from a C9 League university in China or a very famous university overseas, the English language requirement for IELTS can be lowered to a minimum overall band of 6.5 with no subtest lower than 6 and that for TOEFL can be lowered to 90.

The candidate will have a higher chance of being accepted if one or more of the following conditions are met.
Good at network optimization or operations research
Good at C++ or C#
Good at Maths/Statistics
Good at solution algorithm development
Obtained a bachelor's degree from any 985 university in China or a top university worldwide
Top 10% in class or cohort in his or her undergraduate study
Had a master's degree with publications in good international journals
