I would like to address that the reviewer is not satisfied about your second revision, as appended below. In general cases, if the second revision cannot meet the requirements of the reviewer, we will terminate further handling of the submission. But consider the special nature of this case, I would give you one more chance. Please revise ASAP according to the comments of the reviewer. If you cannot comply with that, please let me know.  附带的文下 ASAP 是什么意思？  PS，审稿人对我的一部分disccussion做了大量的comment，让我修改，不过最后又来了一句 The review strongly recommends the author to rewrite the discussion part on xxxxxx. The present discussion makes read confused.
