如何给出版社发版权转让协议

大家好，我投美陶的一篇文章接受了，需要版权转让，可是版权转让协议发不过去，不知道为什么？If you have not already completed a Copyright Assignment form, please do so as soon as possible, otherwise publication will be delayed. This form can be found by clicking on the Instructions and Forms link located under Resources on the login page.
