石蜡切片TUNEL法检测肉仔鸡法氏囊细胞凋亡的条件优化 摘要：目的：为了优化石蜡切片TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡的条件。方法：用10日龄正常ROSS308肉仔鸡法氏囊组织，采用石蜡切片TUNEL法并对蛋白酶K的浓度、DAB的显色时间、苏木素的复染时间进行了优化。结果：改进后的石蜡切片TUNEL法能特异地显示凋亡细胞为棕黄色，其他细胞核为蓝色，且对比明显，背景浅，组织结构完整清晰，便于显微照相。结论：改进后的TUNEL法是一种快速、准确检测以石蜡切片为实验材料细胞凋亡的有效方法。 关键词：石蜡切片；TUNEL法；细胞凋亡 谢谢！ [ Last edited by yanfeng0202 on 2009-10-24 at 15:03 ] |

Optimization of Paraffin TUNEL Assay For Detecting Apoptosis in Broiler Bursa Abstract: Object: to optimize the Paraffin TUNEL Assay for detecting apoptosis in Broiler Bursa . Methods: take the bursa tissue of the 10-day-old normal Broiler ROSS308 and use Paraffin TUNEL Assay optimized in the concentration of proteinase K , DAB chromogenic time and Hematoxylin staining time . Result: the optimized Paraffin TUNEL Assay can specifically show apoptotic cells in brown and other nuclei in blue.The comparison is obvious,the background is light,the organizational structure is complete and clear and it is easy for micrograph. |
