投稿的时候编辑发来邮件说作者机构信息没填写怎么办 已有4人参与

投稿的过程中，编辑发来邮件说每个作者的机构以及电子邮件信息没有完整填写，但是我已经检查过很多遍了，并且在文件中也单独列出title page单独的一个文件，投稿系统里显示的还是with editor的状态，完全被搞懵了，头一回遇到这种事，投的是journal of cleaner production，求各位大神解答 |

原邮件贴在这 Dear author: Please complete your profile and add institutional emails for all the authors.
