在用ADF进行几何优化的过程中，log文件里会输出Total bonding energy,而且在这一部分还列出了参考文献， In ADF, we follow a Mokokuma-type energy decomposition method.23, 24, 31, 109, 110 The overall bond energy 1E is divided into two major components .
