投过Scripta Materialia的进来一下......

投完之后，这是杂志给我的一篇回复，我不太明白，为什么把那么多的编辑的E-mail 地址写出来呢？干嘛用的啊？ 还有，一般这个杂志是多长时间能收到消息？ 现在状态是with editor ，一般这个杂志分哪几个阶段呢？ 谢谢！ The reference number of the paper is: SMM-09-1999 and the editor handling this submission is Dr Kevin Hemker.
