The Electrical Engineering Department (EE) of King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) is recruiting PhD students and Postdoctoral researchers in Power Systems and Grid Modernization. The requirement is as follows, For PhD Students: We're seeking applicants for the Ph.D. program in Power Systems and Grid Modernization at the EE Department. Ideal candidates should: • Hold a recent M.S. degree in electrical engineering or related fields from an accredited university. • Have a GPA of at least 3.00 / 4.00 or equivalent, with no D grades in any courses from previous programs. • Possess publication records in Q1/Q2 ISI Journals. For Postdoctoral Candidates: For the Post-Doc program in Power Systems and Grid Modernization at the EE Department, applicants must: • Hold a recent Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering or related fields from an accredited university. • Maintain a GPA of at least 3.00 / 4.00 or equivalent, with no D grades in any courses from previous programs. • Have publication records in Q1/Q2 ISI Journals. • Our research topics focus on Planning and Operation of power systems and grid modernization through innovative solutions and advanced technologies.
