研究方向:
电化学传感器的构建:针对目前电分析化学传感器灵敏度低、选择性差、难以实现对非电活性分子检测等问题,通过功能化组装纳米仿生酶、生物识别分子等手段,并结合DNA walker等信号放大手段,设计功能化的电化学传感界面,解决电化学传感器应用于细胞、生物学分子检测过程中面临的问题,进一步开发商品化检测器件用于临床应用。
单细胞内生物分子检测:针对细胞间异质性的问题,开发功能化的单根钠米电极,定位于单细胞内,实时监测胞内生物分子动态变化,在单细胞水平探究生理学、病理学基质。
科研平台:
课题组现有电化学工作站、手动显微镜、拉制仪、倒置荧光显微镜等全套仪器可满足电化学传感器的构建使用,建有细胞室可完成完整生物实验部分。课题组经费充足,注重学生发展,学术氛围浓厚,欢迎对科研浓厚兴趣的同学报考!
