审稿人推荐的期刊可以投吗？是否中的可能性大一些啊？

小弟之前投了一篇文章到Materials Science & Engineering A，你还别说人家的效率可真高，一个星期就送审回来了，不过审稿人的意见说内容不适合投该杂志，又给推荐了一个该期刊的姐妹刊 Material Science and Engineering B 意见如下： Reviewer #1: I have examined your manuscript which was submitted for publication in Material Science and Engineering A, and I do not believe that MSE A is the appropriate journal for this particular manuscript. MSE A emphasizes theoretical and experimental studies related to the load-bearing capacity of materials as influenced by their basic properties, processing history, microstructure and operating environment. Alternatively, you may want to consider submission to Material Science and Engineering B which is more concerned with the physical/electronic/magnetic properties of materials. Information on electronic submission of papers to Material Science and Engineering B can be found on the Elsevier web site (www.elsevier.com/locate/mseb). I believe that your paper will be better received in a more relevant journal. 有几个疑问想请教一下大家： 1）他推荐的期刊是不是会比较好中呀？ 2）到时候我要不要把这个意见也放到cover letter里面呀？ 3）这个期刊的刊载量比较小，会不会难度较大呀？ |
