Dear Dr. LiPing Li, Please, find enclosed PDF document – so called “Tentative Accept” – where there are described requirements that your manuscript must meet to be published in “Materials Science-Poland”. I would really appreciate it, if you could read this document carefully and prepare all the materials according to the guidelines described both in this document and in the Instructions for Authors placed under the link: http://www.materialsscience.pwr.wroc.pl/other/instructions.pdf. Please, pay your special attention to the graphics in your paper (all graphic files need to be sent separately): all photographs must be sent as TIFF or JPG files with 300 dpi of resolution and any drawings, schemes, tables etc. must be vector drawings plotted in Corel, Word, Excel or Origin application. We do not accept copies of drawings in TIFF or JPG formats (bitmaps, raster drawings), even if they have been exported as EPS, EMF or WMF files. Moreover, all artwork will be reproduced in black and white, so we do not accept color drawings nor color photos. Please, correct references format according to the example shown below (all names and surnames with capital letters, [ordinal numbers in square brackets] etc.). You also need to send us a signed copyright transfer form (preferably as a document’s scan via e-mail) and both PDF and DOC documents containing the complete manuscript (text, literature, tables, figures, photos etc) as well. The PDF file with the final version of your paper with all drawings and other graphic elements included, prepared exactly just like you want it to be printed, is really indispensable for preparing the layout in DTP process. This PDF file will also be placed on our website in the “Accepted Papers” section. As soon as I receive all needed materials prepared correctly and according to above instructions I will send you the final accept and your paper will published in the Internet on our website. Dear Dr. LiPing Li, I am pleased to be able to inform you that the above paper has received positive opinion(s) and will be accepted for publication in Materials Science-Poland. I would appreciate your providing me with the following material: · Signed copyright transfer form (mailed via conventional mail). · A PDF document containing the complete manuscript (text, literature, tables, figures, etc). The file should be carefully checked as it will serve as a hard copy in case of doubts. · A DOC or RTF file containing the text, references, tables and figure captions. The content of the file should be identical with that of the hard copy, and should exactly match the version seen and accepted be the referee(s). Please note: The references should be cited in the format recommended by the Journal, and should contain names of all authors. · Figures in one of the acceptable formats. The required formats of the drawings must be vector files such as XLS, OPJ, CDR (Excel, Origin, CorelDraw) which also may be exported as EPS, EMF or WMF files. Please note: We do not accept copies of drawings in TIFF or JPG formats (bitmaps, raster drawings), even if thay have been exported as EPS, EMF or WMF files. · Photographs will be accepted in TIFF or JPG formats (also exported as EPS, EMF or WMF files). Their minimum resolution should be 300 dpi at the size appropriate for reproduction. All artwork will be reproduced in black and white. Thus the photographs should be sent in grayscale. We also do not accept colour drawings. As soon as we have received the requested material, we will send you an official acceptance letter, and the PDF copy of your paper will be placed on the web page of the Journal, in the section “Accepted papers” |
