审稿意见：“the measurement error bars are needed for FWHM, grain size, lattice parameter, and the calculated stress. Also, the mean grain size measured from the θ-2θ chart is the grain size perpendicular to film.” 高手指导一下“measurement error bars ”是什么意思，怎么处理呢？还有Scherrer formula中计算粒径大小的是平行于衬底表面还是垂直于衬底。 |
