Statement of Integrity

Attention Authors: Research and peer review integrity is of utmost importance to this publication. Each manuscript must be accompanied by a statement that it has not been published elsewhere and that it has not been submitted simultaneously for publication elsewhere. Also, to assist our reviewers in their responsibility to peer review integrity, we have taken steps to put every paper through a plagiarism search using the internet tools provided us. We realize it will be impossible to be 100% successful, but we found these tools to very effective, this removes some of the burden off our reviewers. Therefore, we will continue to take this preliminary step prior to sending a paper to any reviewer for work.
