The 2nd International Workshop on Education Technology and Computer Science (ETCS 2010) 第二届IEEE 教育与计算机科学国际会议 (ETCS2009已全部EI和ISTP检索) 3月6-7，2010，武汉，中国 http://www.icetcs.org/etcs2010/ Paper submission due: 30 Oct. 2009 Notification of paper acceptance: 30 Nov. 2009 Final manuscript due: 6 Dec. 2009 Registration and full payment due: 18 Dec. 2009 Online submission system: http://www.icetcs.org/etcs2010/submission/ The 2nd International Workshop on Education Technology and Computer Science (ETCS2010) will be held on 6-7 March, 2010 in Wuhan, China. The workshop will bring together the top researchers from Asian Pacific nations, North America, Europe and around the world to exchange their research results and address open issues in Education Technology and Computer Science. ETCS2009 will be published by IEEE Computer Society's CPS. all papers accepted will be included in IEEE Xplore, and arrange for indexing service(EI and ISTP). The best papers presented at the conference will be selected for publications in special issues for ETCS 2010, which are indexed by SCI or EI.
