英文水平很烂,请牛人帮忙搞定。谢了您哪。 【摘要】通过简单回顾帕金森病发病机制及去分化与疾病发展关系研究现状,分析多巴胺能神经元去分化可能性及其在帕金森病发病中的可能作用,提出多巴胺能神经元去分化可能是帕金森病潜在机制的设想。 Abstract After a brief retrospect on the latest advances in pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease, and in the relationship between dedifferentiation and disease development, the authors analysed the possibility of dedifferentiation of dopaminergic neurons, and its possible role in Parkinson's disease, and then suggested that the dedifferentiation of dopaminergic neurons maybe a new potential mechanism of Parkinson's disease. |

| Based on the latest advances in pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease and the relationship between dedifferentiation and disease development, the possibility of dedifferentiation of dopaminergic neurons and its possible role in Parkinson's disease were analysed. It's proposed that the dedifferentiation of dopaminergic neurons may be a new potential mechanism of Parkinson's disease. |
