值，你想想，一般期刊每期大概有100-200篇论文，甚至更多，只有一个封面，比如：APL到现在出了多少期了，一共才多少个封面论文呀？多少人一辈子也发不了封面呀，不管是老师还是学生，都非常值。再牛的人，你去查他的简历，发了封面文章都会介绍的。影响因子3不错了，即使1万人民币也值。
看看这个牛人的简历：
孙小卫教授个人简介：
孙小卫was born in Beijing, China in 1968. He obtained his PhD degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 1998. Then he joined the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Nanyang Technological University as an Assistant Professor in the same year. He was promoted to Associate Professor in 2006. The research interest of Dr. Sun is mainly on ZnO nanostructures and nanodevices and organic electronics. His group is one of the most active group in developing nanodevices from one-dimensional ZnO nanostructures, which has been applied for field emission, light emitting diodes, nanoweb interconnect, UV doughnut beam/whispering mode lasing, gas and biochemical sensing, dye-sensitized solar cell, electronic paper etc. He is one of the six finalists of Singapore National Technology Award 2008.
Thus far, Dr. Sun has (co-)authored about more than 200 peer-reviewed journal publications, which include 1 paper in Phys. Rev. Lett., 2 papers in Nano Lett., and 48 papers in Appl. Phys. Lett. (one cover image). The total citation of his publications is more than 1800 times according to ISI Web of Science (h index 22, and there are 8 highly cited papers). Dr. Sun has been the PI for about ten projects (to the sum of about S$ 4M) since he joined Nanyang Technological Universities. He has nine PhD students graduated under his supervision. He is on the Editorial Board of International Journal of Nanotechnology. He is a Guest Professor of Southeast University of China. He is a Senior Member of Technical Staff of Institute of Microelectronics (IME) as a jointly appointed staff. He is also an Adjunct Scientist of Institute of Materials Research and Engineering (IMRE). He has chaired/organized a number of international conferences. He is a senior member of IEEE.
