我原文是这样的 The freshly isolated chondrocytes were plated at a density of 2×104 cells/well, which had been immersed previously in plastic dishes filled with culture medium (2000 U/ml in Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium, supplemented with 2 mM glutamine, 0.1 mM penicillin, 0.1 mM streptomycin and 10% fetal calf serum). |
