刚投稿居然遇到这样的情况急死了,求助

今天在邮箱上发现一封信，居然是一封提醒返回审稿意见的信。说我已经同意审稿二百天了。突然想起来，在今年初在在外国这个期刊上投过一篇论文。今天返回邮箱里一看，居然看到在我们投稿第四天，编辑部发来了审稿邀请信。现在登录那个期刊的投稿网，那里的状态我没有同意也没有拒绝审稿。请问，这种情况我该怎么办？我真的不是有意的......呜呜......可怜那位哥们的稿件 一般情况下： however, you said you could not find time. There are two opitions: 1: You do not give any answer to the editor. The editor will find another reviewer eventually when he cannot get your response. 2: If you want to write something to the editor, you can write it like: Dear Merv Fingas, Ph.D.: I am so sorry that I am off office until 8st October. For not influencing the process of the manuscript submitted to the JHM, it is better to invite another more professional expert to review it. Thanks for you trust! Best Wishes!
