澳大利亚国立大学招收计算化学和机器学习方向博士研究生

PhD Research Opportunity at Australian National University Professors Sean Smith and Zongyou Yin at the Australian National University (ANU) invite applications for a joint PhD position. The program, with an expected duration of 3.5 years, provides an opportunity to engage in cutting-edge research. Professors Smith and Yin are distinguished in their fields, with publications in prestigious journals and significant citation impacts, as evidenced by their Google Scholar profiles. Prof. Smith, Director of the National Computational Infrastructure (NCI) and a Fellow of AAAS, IChemE and RACI, alongside Prof. Yin, an ARC Future Fellow and a consistent Highly Cited Researcher since 2015, offer a rich mentorship experience. Prospective candidates should note the following: English proficiency requirements as per ANU policy (https://policies.anu.edu.au/ppl/document/ANUP_000408). A robust research foundation in Density Functional Theory and machine learning for catalysis prediction is essential. Preference for applicants with a Master's degree.
