最近我要做水稻耐逆性MicroRNA方面的工作，是这方面的新手，希望高手指导。 可以说microRNA芯片做过以后的下一步工作，或者是microRNA研究进展ppt，等等只要有microRNA相关即可，我需要大量的学习呀！  多谢各位高手啦！！！  |

在介绍给你一篇华裔博士写的文章《cell》MicroRNA control in the immune system: basic principles. Xiao C, Rajewsky K. Immune Disease Institute, Harvard Medical School, 200 Longwood Avenue, Boston, MA 02115, USA. MicroRNA (miRNA) control has emerged as a critical regulatory principle in the mammalian immune system. Genetic ablation of the miRNA machinery, as well as loss or deregulation of certain individual miRNAs, severely compromises immune development and response and can lead to immune disorders like autoimmunity and cancer. Although individual miRNAs modulate protein output from hundreds of target genes, they may impact physiological processes by regulating the concentrations of just a few key cellular proteins that may be components of a single or of functionally interrelated pathways in a given cellular context. | 973计划中科学家在非编码RNA方面取得了突出进展，从分析癌干细胞MicroRNA表达谱入手，进而通过病毒载体表达MicroRNA前体进行干预，探索MicroRNA对肿瘤干细胞“干性”的调控机制。首次揭示了非编码RNA是控制癌干细胞生物学机制的重要分子机制，为寻找新肿瘤干细胞的小分子RNA标记物提供新线索，并为靶向肿瘤干细胞的RNA干扰治疗奠定基础。根据该研究成果所撰写的论文已被Cell杂志采用，于2007年12月以论著形式刊出，成果对完善恶性肿瘤的基础理论以及开创新的抗肿瘤治疗方法具有重要意义。 |
