投APL的问题

大家好 请问投APL时候 Author Cover Letter 和Manuscript 不是分开传上去的吗 可是编辑总说我没有提交Author Cover Letter Manuscript Items 1.Author Cover Letter PDF (67KB) Source File (DOC) 23KB 2.Merged File containing manuscript text and 4 Figure files.
