Heavy snow

The city l live in has a dry climate, it seldom rains or snows. Once in a year, it did not rain for more than 90 days in spring. And, in winter and early spring, it has a relatively high temperature, so even it snows, the snow will melt in one or two days. But this time, things have completely changed. It snowed, the snow was about 15-20 cm deep on the ground. Furthermore, the temperature kept being low, the highest was 0 Celcius yesterday, this helps the snow not melt. So, two days after snowing, there is still much snow on the ground. I like snow, so, all these made me happy. please see a picture I took last night near our community. Long time no see. Since I moved to Stockholm, it has been snowing every year from October until May of the following year. The snow on the road was very thick and slippery. Some people don't like the Nordic winter, thinking it makes people depressed. But I like it very much, because it gives me a sense of loneliness in a foreign land. Haha, I am indeed in a foreign land.  |
