Your will be responsible for research and development of RF, mmWave, and subTHz integrated circuits and systems for 5G/6G communication and mm-Resolution Radar applications etc. Requirements: • A PhD/Master in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. • 2-3 years’ relevant experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Analog Integrated circuit design, RF and microwave engineering, or millimeter wave and sub-THz circuit and system. • Knowledge and/or experience in using tools such as Cadence, ADS, HFFS, CST, or Matlab, etc. • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and also in a team environment. • Fresh graduates with strong interest in high frequency circuits and systems will also be considered.
