Postd fellow recruitment - Case Western Reserve University (Biomedical area)

Dr. Jiujiu Yu will join the Department of Nutrition as an associate professor at the Case Western Reserve University in Jan 2024. Her laboratory is recruiting highly-motivated postdoctoral fellows to join their research group at Case Western. Dr. Yu’s research has focused on the molecular mechanisms of NLRP3 inflammasome activation and chronic inflammation in obesity and obesity-related diseases, as well as identification of nutraceuticals to suppress such chronic inflammation. Dr. Yu’s group has published original research articles in highly influential journals and is well funded. Please visit the current lab website https://cehs.unl.edu/nhs/yu-lab/ for more information. Minimum qualification includes a PhD degree in biology, biochemistry, or related field. Previous research experience in cell culture and mouse models is highly desirable.
