Postdoc, Research Assistant/Associate or Ph.D. student Positions in Finite Element Analysis (Abaqus) at the City University of Hong Kong Contact information: Professor Xinrui Niu Xinrui.niu@cityu.edu.hk A couple of postdoc, research assistant/associate, or Ph.D. students positions for finite element analysis (FEA) with Abaqus are available immediately in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the City University of Hong Kong. The interested candidates may send resume and evidence of Abaqus experience to Prof. Niu at xinrui.niu@cityu.edu.hk for consideration. Requirements: • Experienced in using Abaqus. • Graduates holding B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Engineering Mechanics, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and other related engineering and scientific fields from a 985 or 211-tier university. • Responsible team player with good communication skills. Additional information: • Salary is between HKD 16000 – 50000 per month, depending on experience. • The position could be full-time or part-time, short-term (about 6-12 months) or long-term (such as Ph.D. student). • The candidate is expected to work on research topics such as: bio-mimetic design, nanocomposites, 3D-printed structures, etc. • Future studentships could be considered if the candidate fulfills requirements for PhD admission of City University of Hong Kong. |
