关于投稿后research square的邮件，是否可以不理会 已有1人参与

我这前脚刚投稿完，就收到research square的邮件 让注册账号，以便于同行评审 是不是不注册就没人审稿了？ 我看网上有说这个可能会影响之后的投稿，有点不想注册 请问大佬们是否可以不管 Dear ***, Congratulations on your manuscript submission to ***.
