2010 WASE International conference on Mechanical Engineering, Automation and Transportation Engineering (ICMAT 2010) Call for Papers Aim and Scope: 2010 WASE International conference on Mechanical Engineering, Automation and Transportation Engineering (ICMAT 2010) will be held on 10-11 July, 2010 in Beidaihe, China. It provides two day’s focus on the science and technology that are the basis for the mechanical engineering, automation and transportation engineering. 2010 WASE International conference on Mechanical Engineering, Automation and Transportation Engineering (ICMAT 2010) focus on the complementary and synergistic aspects of established fields such as Vehicle Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation and Transportation Engineering, which are expected to contribute to the further development of the mechanical engineering. Concurrent sessions and a poster session will cover a wide range of topics and issues, including both contributed papers and special sessions developed on specific themes. The ICMAT 2010 will feature a unique mix of academic, industrial, and cross-discipline topics, and provide a platform for presentation and exchange of research results and practical experiences as well as education and curricula development. The ICMAT 2010 conference also aims at bridging the perspectives of the researchers and the needs of the practitioners. Speakers at the conference include many of the leading Mechanical, Automation and Transportation Engineering experts from both the academia and the industry around the world. The technical program of the conference will include invited talks, paper presentations, and panel discussions in research, industry and education tracks. The ICMAT 2010 seeks original, unpublished research/case study papers reporting substantive new work in various aspects of Information Engineering. Awards will be given to the best papers in different categories. All papers accepted by WASE ICMAT 2010 will be indexed by EI&ISTP and included in IEEE Xplore®. Selected 30-50 papers will be recommended to publish in SCI&EI journal. Proposals for Sessions: Proposals for sessions should contain: (1) Title of session (2) Scope and Topics (3) Profile of Session organizer(s) (4) Session Committee (at least 6 persons) (5) Contact Info. (E-mail address and Phone Number) Paper Submission and Review: Session organizers should collect, review and accept papers for their session. Session organizer should allocate at least 2 reviewers to each paper. When the two reviews are complete, Session Chair needs to make a decision, on the basis of the reviews, about whether the paper is accepted without change, rejected, or accepted subject to specified modifications. All accepted papers will be included in the ASME & IEEE CPS. Papers will be accepted based on peer review and should contain original, high quality work. Claims and results should be substantive enough to be further developed as quality work. All papers must be written in English. Submit a standard paper should not succeed 5 pages (two columns IEEE format), including figures and references with 10-12 point font. Helpful information for paper formatting can be found on the IEEE Authors Tools. The submission process is carried through easychair conference management system. All accepted papers will be presented in oral sessions or poster sessions. Authors of accepted papers, or at least one of them, are requested to register and present at the conference, otherwise their papers will be removed from the digital library after the conference. The proceedings will be published before the conference.
